The course introduces various tools and techniques to prompt and manage innovation in an enterprise. The “Market-driven Innovation Management” course is a similar yet a shorter training than the “Certified Innovation Manager”. It includes mainly the first part of it. In this course, the participants will get acquainted with the innovation concept and a wide range of its tools and techniques. The participants will learn, in an intensive learning environment, which tools are available to manage innovation in diverse enterprise contexts.

Certified Service Innovation Manager

Although there are plenty of innovation approaches and tools for products, there are very few innovation tools for the service industry. That is due to the fact that services are intangible and thus harder to be seized and measured.

Therefore we have developed the “Certified Service Innovation Manager” course, which introduces new and adapted innovation tools that are entirely oriented towards services. Similar to the “Certified Innovation Management” course, this training introduces innovation techniques that allow managing innovation processes in the service industry and to establish an innovation management system on the firm-level.

In the second part of the training, the participants will work on developing an innovation plan for a chosen service, as they will be coached by iN4iN experts through the process.
