Workshop on Innovative Business Models for Kenyan SMEs

The iN4iN Africa organized a workshop for some Kenyan SMEs at the Mount Kenya University, Nairobi, Kenya, from the 1st – 3rd December, 2015.

The Intelligence for Innovation (IN4IN) Africa organized a workshop on Innovative Business Models for Kenyan SMEs from the 1st to 3rd December, 2015. The facilitators introduced the entrepreneurs to new ways to improve their business models.

The facilitators assisted the entrepreneurs to improve on their business models over the three days. The entrepreneurs were first introduced to business tools which are used to improve business models. They were afterwards assisted to apply these tools to their business models. The Entrepreneurs were from different counties in Kenya.

The workshop was organized with the assistance of the Graduate Entrepreneurship Academy, Equip Africa of Mount Kenya University (MKU). The workshop was supported by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana and Catholic University College of Ghana, members of the iN4iN Africa Network.

The trainers for the workshop were Kwabena Obiri Yeboah, Christian Hauke, Ralph Nyadu-Addo and Daniel Huba.
